Roletik is developed for the needs of casting and extras agencies, assistant directors, film and event
production companies, studios and TV networks.
Bara is the main driving force behind the project and the face of ROLETIK. She has been part of production services for foreign projects shot in the Czech Republic, has worked in various positions, but primarily as a personal assistant to major film industry personalities, producers and actors mainly from Hollywood where she gained their trust and established long lasting relationships.
In the casting environment, Bara worked as an executive assistant to EMMY nominated director executive Nancy Bishop on a number of international co-production projects and films. It was thanks to her experience in cooperation with casting agencies and later with the delivery of actors and extras to Czech and international commercials and films that the idea leading to the creation of the ROLETIK platform was born.
Honza is a graduate of the Czech Technical University in Prague and new technologies enthusiast. He is in charge of the day-to-day running of the company, the executive part of the business strategy implementation, the operational administration, and the coordination of the technology team responsible for the development and operation of IT solutions. In product development and management Honza draws on his rich experience as a project manager in a multinational technology company.
From his long-term stay in Southeast Asia, where he was posted as a construction coordinator, Honza gained valuable experience in solving various situations and coordinating subcontracting in the implementation of complex technology systems. Thanks to the knowledge of processes in smaller companies and international corporations, Honza, together with Bara create a unique solution that can transform dreams into reality.
Vaclav is the first investor and experienced mentor in ROLETIK who made this project possible. In the past, when the alternative telecommunications operator Aliatel was established, he was involved in the entry of the third mobile operator Český Mobil into the market and in building the Oskar brand. He worked for Microsoft, the largest international technology company as Director of Government and Corporate Affairs.
He also serves as Vice-Chairman of the Czech Data Protection Association (SPOOÚ). This professional organization deals with the impact of the Data Protection Regulation on entrepreneurship in a number of sectors that cannot do without the processing of sensitive personal data. At the same time, maximum security and complete legislative compliance in the processing of personal data is a key asset for all ROLETIK partners.
Michal is the executive director of NETVOR, a developer company, which has become a technology partner responsible for the ROLETIK software solution. At the very first meeting with Michal, it was clear that it would be NETVOR's team, which, together with the company's founders, would be able to participate in the creation of this unique digital product in the long term.
Michal is also involved in mentoring new projects and start-ups. He has often had to learn from someone else's mistakes and can now pass on this experience. NETVOR's development team is an integral part of the operational team and a guarantor of the ROLETIK technology platform. Cooperation between the NETVOR development team and ROLETIK could without a doubt be called a strategic long-term partnership.
